Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to drive revenue and increase market share. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team. Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and ensure team members are motivated and aligned with departmental goals.
Revenue Management: Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and inventory management. Ensure alignment between sales efforts and revenue targets.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, group organizers, and travel partners. Manage high-value accounts and negotiate contracts to secure business.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Sales Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR). Use data to make strategic decisions and improve performance.
Event Promotion: Promote the hotel's meeting and event facilities to attract conferences, weddings, and other special events. Work with the events team to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget. Allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. Adjust strategies based on findings and market conditions.
  • Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue and leading a team.
