Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to drive revenue and increase market share. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies as needed.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team. Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and ensure team members are motivated and aligned with departmental goals.Revenue Management:
Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and inventory management. Ensure alignment between sales efforts and revenue targets.Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, group organizers, and travel partners. Manage high-value accounts and negotiate contracts to secure business.
- Marketing Initiatives: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
Sales Analysis:
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including occupancy rates, average daily rates (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR). Use data to make strategic decisions and improve performance.Event Promotion:
Promote the hotel's meeting and event facilities to attract conferences, weddings, and other special events. Work with the events team to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget. Allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. Adjust strategies based on findings and market conditions.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue and leading a team.
