Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy rates.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Market Analysis:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.Event Planning: Work closely with clients to plan and execute events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure business while maintaining profitability.Collaboration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.Reporting: Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management, including forecasts and analysis.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service delivery by coordinating with various departments to meet client needs and resolve any issues.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry or a related field.
