The candidate must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be self-motivated, and have a strong customer-service orientation. The candidate must also have a thorough knowledge of the local market and an ability to identify potential business opportunities in the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients

Skills and Qualifications
