Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Proactively seek out and cultivate new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and event venues.
Client Engagement:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.Sales Execution:
Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborative Planning: Partner with marketing, operations, and event planning teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals and ensure a seamless client experience.
Reporting & Analysis:
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze metrics to assess progress toward targets and identify areas for improvement.Customer Support:
Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.Event Representation: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services and generate leads.
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the hospitality or related industry.
