Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients in the hotel and restaurant industry. Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy Development:

- Conduct market research to identify the best sources for hiring top talent.
2. Candidate Sourcing:
- Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Utilize effective recruitment marketing techniques to create job advertisements that target the right candidates.
3. Interviewing and Selection:
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for the role.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure that the selected candidates meet those requirements.
4. Administrative Tasks:
- Manage recruitment databases and track candidate progress.
- Coordinate with HR teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
5. Client Support:
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their recruitment campaigns.
- Offer consultation services to help clients optimize their recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledgeable in current hospitality trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
