Manage day-to-day hospitality operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Train and lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional client services.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to host client events, property viewings, and other engagement activities.
Oversee the maintenance, presentation, and overall ambiance of our properties to ensure they meet our standards of luxury and comfort.
Handle client feedback and resolve any issues promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels; Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
Prepare and manage the hospitality departments budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Hospitality Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate sector or luxury service industry.
