Description
We are looking for a Hospitality Manager/Administrator to oversee daily operations of our hospitality business in India. The ideal candidate should have 2-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry and should possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall performance of the business
- Manage daily operations of the business, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Create and maintain budgets for the business and ensure that financial targets are met
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing the hospitality industry in India
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Identify and address customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- 2-12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry in India, including laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
