Hospitality Assistant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospitality Assistant at Williams Kitchen and Williams Court in Kolkata. The Hospitality Assistant will be responsible for customer service, backend management and ensuring a high standard of hospitality at Shakespeare Point.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Food Service and Hospitality
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage management
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
