Bachelor's degree in relevant field and five (5) years experience on supervisory level or in management of general services operation.
Must have experience in the area of Portage Services. Shall have self-motivation and ability to look at the long-term effects of operation before taking action.
Experience to guide the activities of the employees to ensure complete and satisfactory performance of all the work defined in this contract agreement.
Must be able to speak, read and write in English and the common language of the personnel he is supervising. He shall have an ability to deal with the patrons tactfully.
Must be able to monitor the activities of contractor's employees.
