Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

  • Handling total hospital sales and Services.
  • Follow-up for the payments.
  • preparing for the Billing(Invoice).
  • Making Claims work note and follow-up for the Credit Note with the supplier.
  • Follow-up for inventory like purchase orders, GRN, Checking etc.
  • Assigning and dividing the works to the subordinators based on priority.
  • Follow-up for the stock adjustment.
  • Continues follow-up of the Medical Representative for new clients with our existing company.
  • Requesting for the authorization for new Companys with our clients and managers.
  • Sharing the details of Sales and closer to the medical representative.
  • Weekly once to visit the hospital and check the status of reports or query.
  • Visiting for a new clients add-on to Skites.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Business head.
