About the Company: Stethzcope is a healthcare app designed to simplify doctor appointments. Patients can easily book in-person and online consultations with doctors at their convenience. By offering a seamless experience and ensuring accessible healthcare, Stethzcope connects patients with the right doctors based on location, specialty, and symptoms.
  • Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Hospital/Clinic Registration and Doctor KYC Verification Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for registering hospitals and clinics on the Stethzcope platform and verifying the credentials (KYC) of doctors associated with these institutions.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the registration of hospitals and clinics on the Stethzcope platform.
  • Collect and verify all required documents from hospitals/clinics to ensure accurate registration.
Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) verification of doctors, including checking their qualifications, certifications, and licenses.
  • Maintain and update records of registered hospitals, clinics, and doctors.
Collaborate with hospitals, clinics, and doctors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to registration or KYC documentation.
  • Provide support and assistance to hospital and clinic staff during the registration process.
Provide regular reports on registration and verification activities to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and accurate registration of healthcare providers.
  • Qualifications:
+2 or above.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document verification and record-keeping.
Proficient in using computers and relevant software applications for data entry and record management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with hospitals, clinics, and doctors.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
