The company provides health check-ups, diagnostic services, medical training and health awareness programs. Sea Bird Medicare comprises of medical professionals, support staff, and specialists who are dedicated to providing compassionate care to their patients.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Centre Administrator based in Mumbai. The Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the centre, managing staff, ensuring quality patient care and maintaining regulatory compliance. The Centre Administrator will also be required to liaise with other departments and Corporate Clients to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Hospital Operations and Management skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • ISO 9001: 2015 Audit experience
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Medicine and Healthcare industry trends
  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Relevant certifications and experience in hospital administration is a plus
