Job Summary:We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our faculty as a Hospital Administration Instructor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, hospital operations, and leadership, combined with a passion for teaching and mentoring students in the field of hospital administration.
Develop and deliver courses in hospital administration, healthcare management, healthcare policy, and related topics.- Create and update course syllabi, lesson plans, and instructional materials.
Utilize innovative teaching methods, including case studies, simulations, and real-world applications, to enhance student learning.
Design and refine curriculum that aligns with industry standards and trends in healthcare administration.
- Incorporate emerging topics and technologies in healthcare management into the curriculum.
Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of participants, considering their skill levels, industry, and organizational goals.
- Provide personalized coaching to address individual learning needs.
- Professional Development:
Stay current with developments in healthcare management, hospital administration, and related fields through continuous professional development.
Assess participants understanding through quizzes, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
A doctoral degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field. A master's degree with significant industry experience may be considered.
- Previous teaching experience at the college or university level is preferred.
Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, hospital operations, healthcare finance, and regulatory requirements.- Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
