Description

We are seeking a skilled horticulturist with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of local flora and fauna, as well as experience in plant propagation, soil management, and pest control.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain gardens and landscapes in accordance with client preferences and budget
• Monitor plant health and implement appropriate measures to ensure plant survival and growth
• Develop and implement pest control strategies to minimize plant damage
• Propagate plants through seed germination, cuttings, and grafting techniques
• Maintain records of plant inventory, growth, and development
• Provide guidance and support to clients on plant care and maintenance

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in horticulture, botany, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in horticulture or related field
• Knowledge of local flora and fauna
• Experience in plant propagation, soil management, and pest control
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
