Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a HoReca Sales Officer located in New Delhi. As a HoReca Sales Officer, you will be responsible for customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales. Your day-to-day tasks will involve building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying potential leads, managing sales operations, and promoting Chuk-De products to various channels in the hospitality sector.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations
- Knowledge of Channel Sales and Distribution
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Prior experience in the spice industry or hospitality sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
