Job Description


  • E2E wireline circuit delivery within SLA with router & Testing till deemed LOC.
  • Constraint order delivery within TAT.
  • Weekly update to business & PMO for wireline deliveries with proactive updates on high revenue & escalated orders
  • Program management for constraint orders.
  • Weekly review with deployment/operation teams.
  • % Achievement against monthly delivery target - in terms of revenue and no. of links for all line of business
  • Proactive plan for MPLS, ISP NNI and backhaul readiness
  • Initiate & process creation to reduce ring constraint across all lobs
