Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Tutor at EduNique in South Delhi. The Home Tutor will be responsible for providing customized and indulged learning experiences to students. Day-to-day tasks include facilitating learning sessions, implementing innovative teaching techniques, and fostering self-motivation and participation in students.

A home tutor, also known as a private tutor, provides one-on-one instruction to students in their own homes.Their responsibilities include:

• Preparing lessons:Create lesson plans and materials that are customized to each student's needs
• Teaching:Provide instruction in a variety of subjects and grade levels
• Assessing:Identify students strengths and weaknesses, and areas for improvement
• Monitoring progress:Regularly evaluate students progress and adjust lesson plans as needed
• Providing feedback:Communicate with students and their parents or guardians to provide updates and discuss concerns
• Helping with homework:Assist students with homework assignments and study skills
• Preparing for tests:Help students prepare for exams and tests
• Communicating with teachers:When needed, communicate with the student's teachers or school administrators

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in personalized tutoring and academic mentoring
• Knowledge of latest tech tools for virtual learning
• Familiarity with life-skill enhancement programs
• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Previous teaching experience is a plus
