We are hiring a Home Loan Telescallers Team Lead to join our team at LMV Financial Services Pvt Ltd. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Home Loan Telescallers. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (Female Candidates)
- Proven track record of achieving Home Loan sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Good knowledge of home loan products and the financial services industry
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Organizational and problem-solving skills

- Lead, train, and mentor a team of Home Loan Telescallers
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team
- Set performance goals and targets for the team
- Ensure team members adhere to company policies and procedures
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
