Role Description

The Holiday Sales Advisor role is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur. The Advisor will be responsible for promoting and selling customized travel packages, managing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Experience Required: 1-5 Years
• Education: UG/Graduate/PG (in Tourism)

Key Responsibility Areas:

Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements

Design a customized itinerary based on customers requirements

Ability to convince customers and deliver the assigned sales targets consistently

Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales

Represent company values while speaking to customers

Provide exceptional customer service

Working with cross-functional teams like operations, product, and supply to achieve organizational goals
