Responsible for building MTF book from clients, ensuring book growth every month
Responsible for activation of trading account of clients in the system to maximize volume and brokerage revenue, assisting new entrants in the equity market to understand the dynamics of market
Maintain daily client activity
Ensure resolution of client queries within TAT
Customer relationship management and client servicing, regular client meetings, building strong relationships to activate dormant clients
Ensuring complete adherence to Compliance and Risk management, with 0 errors
Attain maximum reach of investment ideas/stock calls initiated
