Description
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee operations at our Jaynagar location. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-15 years of experience in the job market context of India and a proven track record of success in managing retail operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the store meets its sales goals, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals
- Oversee inventory management and ordering
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Train and manage staff to ensure that they provide excellent customer service
- Maintain records of sales, inventory, and other operational data
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and profitability
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 5-15 years of experience in managing retail operations in India
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Experience in inventory management and ordering
- Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
