Role Sr. Recruitment Analyst./ Team Lead recruiter
5 days a week (Work from Office OR Work from Home)
Experience: 3 to 6 Years
Timings - 9:30 am - 6:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- Running push-and-pull recruitment processes.
- Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates for different roles through various channels (Portal / Social Media / Referrals).
- Conduct initial screening to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit for client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive hiring experience and successful conversion ratio.
