Role Description:
The Presentation Specialist would need to have at least 3 years of experience. This
Candidate must have design work demonstrating experience with infographics (data analysis and data visualization).
The Presentation Specialist is an expert graphic designer who provides strategic and creative solutions. This Presentation Specialist will support the Service Transition and Operations group within the client's IT department.
We are seeking a Presentation Specialist to assist with day-to-day business functions.
Responsibilities: -
- Develop and design presentations primarily in Power Point that advance key business objectives and tell the story through clean, concise, and well-organized slides.
- Whether preparing for a critical Board or Directors presentation, or assisting a department in developing slides for internal use, must be able to interpret complex concepts and translate them into easy-to-understand graphs, charts, and visual graphics.
- Will distill clear messaging while incorporating smart visual solutions that make a difference at high- stakes meetings that affect major business decisions.
- Responsible to develop and maintain customized templates and graphics to ensure a consistent look and feel for the department.
- Provide training for the tools so the clients can learn how to communicate ideas and concepts in a way that is more accurate, accessible, and appealing.
Basic Qualifications: -
- Innate creativity and artistic background.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint 2021 or Google slides (we use PowerPoint to communicate our stories).
- Experience with infographics (data analysis and data visualization).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Software (mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dream Weaver).
- Understanding of corporate branding.
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects and priorities with demanding deadlines.
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of management.
- A strong desire to learn new skills, software and capabilities.
P.S This is a contractual role till June 2025 but contract can be extended further based on performance
