Job Title: Hiring Manager- Truck Drivers

**Location: ** Delhi (Remote)

**Work Hours: ** 7.30 PM to 4.30 AM (IST)Monday to Friday.

**Salary: ** Up to 10 LPA + Incentives for every driver recruited and retained for 90 days.

**Job Description: **

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trucking, with a particular emphasis on experience in the trucking industry being a significant plus. This role requires an individual who is fluent in English, confident, and possesses an engaging personality to connect with potential candidates from various backgrounds on a personal and professional level.

**Key Responsibilities: **

- Source, and interview US Drivers for within the company.

- Use varioustools and platforms to attract and engage potential candidates.

- Manage and maintain candidate records using Microsoft Office and other databases.

- Collaborate with other managers to understand and provide timelyrecruitingsolutions.

- Handle conflict resolution and provide solutions to any recruitment-related issues.

- Technologically savvy and understands how to quickly learn new software's and use multiple platforms and software.

- Efficiently execute all tasks in a timely manner, demonstrating a self-starter attitude.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in US Logistics.

- Previous experience withrecruitingin the trucking industry is highly desirable.

- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to work long-term with the company.
