Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Hiring Key Account Manager located in Mysore. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing and implementing business plans, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.

Job Description :

1. lead and manage the Key Customer Account in order to achieve total customer satisfaction, business objectives and operational efficiency;

2. Project Information reportinginternal and external

3. To work with teams of RFQ, Sourcing & materials, testing, assembly, prototype, and quality

4. Interact with individuals at all organizational levels to resolve internal and external customer issues.

5. To ensure good communication between Customer(s), CFT & and between all stakeholders

6. To follow up and optimize the product and service costing, inventory control

7. To be responsible for Budget forecasting accuracy in Sales Reports

8. Ability to understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and relevance to the industrialization.

9. Customer satisfaction and profitable business performance.

10. Program Management & Product Life Cycle Management

Skills & Experience

Any Engineering Graduate preferably E&C

1+ Years of Delivery experience Program/Operations Management in EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services)

A good verbal and written communicator with exceptional collaboration skills

Adept at Program/Project management/Deliverables
