- What We Are Looking For: Our perfect HR Recruiter is someone who has experience managing rapidly growing teams, including sourcing, qualifying, and onboarding candidates. Someone who understands the responsibility of overseeing the expansion of a small team into a large one, with previous examples of doing it in a previous role. This position is heavily responsible for building the Avengers of Marketing and Advertising. We understand not everyone is suited for such a role, prove to us you are. Providing a quality service separates our business, and we only work with individuals who share similar values.
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for SEO, SMM, PR/Offline marketing, and PPC positions.
- Utilize job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and other channels to attract top talent.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Facilitate communication and feedback between candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Google sheet
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to improve recruitment processes continuously.
Should have 2+ recruitment experience in the Marketing and Advertising domain.
- Master/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Hand on the experience of using Job portals like (Naukri, Indeed, Linkedin, etc.)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
