Shift Timings: 7:00 PM - 4 AM IST

Work Location: Work from the Office (Jaipur).

CTC Range- 3.00 LPA- 4.50 LPA + huge incentives + free pick drop

5 days of working and Saturday and Sunday fixed off.

Candidate profile:-

• Any experience of working with US/UK or Canada process.
• Holds experience of working with Inbound/outbound process.
• Should have worked with clients/customers in the past.
• Comfortable to work in night shift.
• excellent comm skills and a stable profile is mandatory.

Role and Responsibilities:

• US IT Recruiter -

+++ Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings

+++ Looking for a recruiter who can help us with our clients hiring. This person will be working in an individual contributor capacity with limited supervision

• US NON IT Recruiter -

+++ Experienced in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, and extending offers.

+++ Expertise in sourcing/Tracking through Job Boards, social media, Networking, Referrals, and LinkedIn groups/Projects.

• US Healthcare Recruiter

+++ Should be aware of Healthcare terminologies

+++ Recruit for healthcare verticals (Nursing/Allied roles) - Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Case Manager, Medical Assistant,

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships.
