We are seeking a Process Trainer with fluency in Gujrati language to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in job market context of India. The Process Trainer will be responsible for training new hires and conducting refresher training for existing employees to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their job duties effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training materials for new hires and existing employees
• Conduct training sessions in Gujrati language
• Assess trainees performance and provide feedback to improve their skills
• Collaborate with team leaders and subject matter experts to ensure training materials are up-to-date
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements

Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in Gujrati language
• 1-4 years of experience on same role from any BPO
• Any Bachelor's degree
• Experience in delivering training programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
