We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Expert to join our team and drive our growth strategy through comprehensive digital, social media, and 360 marketing implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement robust growth strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
Digital Marketing: Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Social Media Marketing: Create and execute compelling social media strategies to build brand presence, engage with the community, and drive sales.
360 Marketing Implementation: Oversee and execute integrated marketing campaigns that encompass digital, social media, PR, and traditional marketing channels.
E-commerce and Marketplaces: Manage and optimize our presence on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maximizing ROI.
PR and Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and benchmark success.
Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in high-growth skincare brands in the Indian market.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrable experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
PR and Social Media: Strong background in public relations and social media marketing with a knack for creating buzz and engaging content.
E-commerce Knowledge: Hands-on experience managing e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, with a deep understanding of online consumer behavior.
Budget Management: Proficient in managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend to achieve business objectives.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in measuring and reporting on marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.
