We are looking for Finishing Engineer with leading Real Estate for Kalyan

Job Location - On construction sites - Kalyan.
Age - Below 35 Years
Overseeing the finishing phases of building construction projects. This role involves ensuring that all finishing works are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. The Junior Finishing Engineer will work closely with other engineers, contractors, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution, coordinating with Directors for the entire work.
Key Responsibilities- Supervision and Quality Control:
- Assist in supervising and managing finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, flooring, and installation of fixtures and fittings.
- Ensure that all finishing works meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of works.
- Communicate effectively with site workers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on the progress of finishing works.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the Senior Finishing Engineer or Project Manager.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing finishing schedules and plans.
- Health and Safety:
- Ensure that all finishing works are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Promote a safe working environment and conduct regular safety inspections.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support and guidance to site workers and subcontractors.
- Assist in resolving any technical issues related to finishing works.
