Position Summary:
The position is expected to be located at Plant . The Technician is required to conduct the Process audits , Product audits as per IATF requirements , First Article Inspections , OQC checks & PDI checks , Daily line audits & poka-yoke checks
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Commnication with CFTs and coordination for parts
Job Responsibilities:
1. Able to conduct Product Audit , Layout Inspection , Dock Audit & Poison cake tests as per requirements of drawing & IATF standard.
2. Daily Patrolling audit on line and communication of observation on daily basis.
3. Conduct ESD audits on line
4. Preparation of NG & GOOD master samples for SMT area
5. Manage the OQC area and training of the OQC inspectors
6. Part verification as per Product drawings & able to conduct LCR tape board verification
7. ICA for customer complaints & conducting process walks regularly to avoid issue occuerance
8. Conduct Sustanenece checks for the actions taken for complaint resolution.
9. Conduct Layred process audits as per plan
10. Poison cake study.
11. Reliability tests of the product as per the yearly plan
Basic Qualifications:
Dipolma in Electrical/Electronics
Hands on experience in Automotive electronics Industry & SMT area.
Knowladge of IATF ,SMT process , MSA, Documentation & experience in In-Process quality.
