Job Description for CloudPay SME for Payroll program.

Core Roles and Responsibilities-:

Leads development of the International Payroll program architecture Develops program work structures, top level execution plans.

Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces between major activities, teams and partners

Facilitates the resolution of program issues. Engages with CloudPay representatives to align on features, integrations and issue resolutions (pre and post payroll)

Supports the project manager in leading program execution by coordinating program metrics. Help define and track KPIs

Ensures robust payroll process documentation and training for internal teams

Brings in Management Best Practices

Implements customer and program communication and contact plans

Technical Competencies-

Should have excellent understanding and Knowledge of CloudPay, WorkDay and ServiceNow

Have participated in multiple global payroll implementation Understanding of pre payroll requirements, exception scenarios and ability to analyze and troubleshoot post payroll discrepancies

Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the different HRMC, Payroll, Timekeeping and Attendance applications and systems, including the impact of changes in one area on another area.

Ability to see and understand the inter-relationships between components of systems and plans, anticipate future events, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance.
