Responsibilities
- Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling
- Ensure compliance with airport security procedures and regulations
- Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure timely departure and arrival of flights
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
- Maintain a clean and safe airport environment
- Assist with emergency situations as required
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-6 years of experience in the job market context of India
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of airport operations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
