Salary : 19k to 24k In hand
Work Location - Mumbai - Hybrid Work Model [2 Weeks Work from Office, 4 Weeks Work from Home] - Post joining Training & On the job training is work from office [First 4 weeks]
About the Role We are looking for customer service executives for inbound and outbound customer service operations.
In this role, you will be responsible to resolve customer queries, concerns and escalations across channels - calls, chats, emails and social media.
You are expected to work very closely with cross-functional teams to provide instant solutions to customers.
