We are seeking a highly motivated Hindi Voice Process executive who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in Hindi, resolving customer queries, and providing information about products and services. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, and a strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in Hindi and English (verbal and written)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts
