  • Position Overview: We are seeking a multilingual Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, Hindi, and Tamil and will handle customer interactions across multiple channels including phone, email, and WhatsApp. Your role is to ensure that all customers receive efficient, courteous, and accurate support.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and WhatsApp in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
  • Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor and manage communication channels to ensure timely responses and effective problem resolution.
  • Offer feedback and suggestions for improving customer support processes and service quality.
Identify and escalate critical issues or feedback to management as needed.
  • Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer support or service role, with experience handling communications via phone, email, and messaging apps.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in all three languages.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and communication tools (e.g., email clients, WhatsApp).
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work
  • 15-6.30.
