Job Description
Responsibilities
-End-to-end ownership of writing scripts for YouTube Content Team, aimed at content around the politics and current affairs
-Working with the Video Lead to deliver on Production targets across multiple channels Adhering to quality standards, translating creative briefs and topics into text copy, voiceover transcriptions, etc.
-Undertaking R&D efforts and setting Processes for
fact-checking, working with teammates and team lead to ensure correctness and crispness of the final Product
-Adhering to YouTube best Practices, delivering content which meets consumer expectations
-Keeping up to date with latest trends in the YouTube content scene
-Creative ownership of Producing long-form content as well as short-form content, starting with the basketball domain
Requirements:
-Sound knowledge of Current affairs.
-Sound knowledge of Politics culture and entertainment sector
-2-3 years of script writing experience
A reasonably diverse Portfolio or body of work in media (YouTube content Production scripting experience Preferred, but not mandatory)
