What does the role involve
Key Responsibilities & goals:
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions using a consultative sales approach.
- Monitor and optimize in-store processes to improve efficiency, including order processing, quotes, and stock management.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase unique features and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and personalized attention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and maintain a high standard of store presentation.
- Contribute to creative marketing initiatives to increase footfall and store visibility.

What you need is:
What are the essential knowledge, experiences and skills you need for this role
- Engineering Degree with at least one year of sales experience
- Strong proficiency in managing both technical and commercial aspects of customer interactions.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills required
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and with colleagues across all levels
