Highway Engineer DPR

Job description

• Responsible for Survey and Data Collection - Topographical Surveys, Traffic Surveys, Soil Investigations, Hydrological Studies.
• Traffic Analysis, Estimation
• To ensure the successful preparation and implementation of the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for a highway project within the timeline.
• Handling Land Acquisition Team and Work; Project Planning and Initiation; Preliminary Land Assessment; Detailed Land Surveys and Documentation; Acquisition and Documentation; Monitoring and Reporting.
• Responsible for managing and allocating resources, guide the team and ensure that projects are completed on time and within timeline.
• Ensures that all projects meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
• Responsible for managing, developing, providing guidance, training, and mentoring as required.
• Provides technical support to project teams, resolving technical issues and ensuring that best practices are followed.
• Travel is must.
• Prepare Presentation & Attend meeting.
• Taking responsibilities for the team work and producing higher quality technical output withing timeline.
• Ability to match deadlines.

Pre-Requirements:

• B.E (Civil) / M.E in Transportation Engineering or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 10-12 years experience in DPR Section (preferable experience in consultancy work)
• Proficiency in English Communication Skills.
