Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and highly motivated High-Ticket Closer to join our growing team. As a High-Ticket Closer, you will be responsible for taking inbound sales calls with pre-qualified prospects and closing deals for our high-ticket marketing services. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure seamless transitions from lead generation to sales conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales calls with warm, pre-qualified leads provided by our marketing team.
- Effectively communicate the value of Clagrow Medias services to potential clients (Experts, Coaches, Consultants).
- Identify client needs and tailor the conversation to present solutions that address their unique business challenges.
- Handle objections professionally and guide prospects toward making informed buying decisions.
- Consistently close high-ticket deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in closing high-ticket deals (INR 2-3 Lacs per deal).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with prospects and demonstrate a consultative sales approach.
- Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to manage sales data effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
