- Trio World School is looking for a High School Coordinator
The applicant must have Post Graduate with B.Ed.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a Middle School/High School coordinator for ICSE.
Establish, evaluate and develop the academic aims and standards of the curriculum and assessment- Take overall responsibility of the high School curriculum.
Keep up to date with changes and initiatives in education
- Lead on pupil progress and tracking systems in core subject areas
Ensure that quality educational programmes take place in a safe, positive and healthy learning environment- The Coordinator is expected to share with her teachers, the responsibility of academic progress and physical well- being of each student.
Be responsible for various teaching aids and Lesson Plans provided.
- Take part in preparation of the circulars.
Monitor and supervise the progress of sports activities conducted across grades.- Create a Remedial Session time table and share it with the parent.
Implement and monitor the Library Program as per the guidelines given.
- Plan/Organize/Coordinate all special events Parent Orientation, Field Trips, Annual Day, Special Days, PTM, PTA and all competitions as per guidelines.
Conduct extra-curricular activities as per guidelines- Plan/Organize /Coordinate for smooth arrival and dispersal of students during the events.
All Secondary Section Records such as student attendance, marks and circulars uploaded for parents are recorded and monitored on the ERP..
- Coordinators are expected to make their section time tables
Be familiar with the duties for teachers as given in their handbook.- Soft Boards to be well maintained and updated as per relevance.
Monitor the quality of corrections and give regular and constructive feedback to teachers.
- Induct the teachers in maintaining the Attendance Register and entering the data in the Attendance module on ERP.
Keep track of and be proactive about any anticipated vacancies.
