Details:
HELPDESK SUPPORT
Helpdesk Software Support (3-4 Year Experience ) BSC IT or Any Graduate
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
- Assist users with installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams as necessary.
- Document support interactions and create knowledge base articles for common issues.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and maintain accurate records of support activities.
- Conduct user training sessions and develop instructional materials as needed.
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement improvements in support processes.
