Good knowledge in networking with any networking certification is an added advantage.
Network knowledge _
DHCP, DNS, & networking cable knowledge, Crimping standard 568A & 568B, IP address, Sub-netting, Telnet, SSH, VLAN, VTP, Trunking protocol, port no's, STP, network troubleshooting, basic knowledge of routing protocol,_
Attend and resolve internet/Wi-Fi connectivity issue.
Daily network checks / signal test to be done in all the area (arrival rooms and public area)
Monitoring network devices and swift troubleshooting.
Maintaining daily call report with support action provided.
Any issue / complaints to be resolve with the time frame.
Communicate with internal technical support team.
Raising ticket to ISP in case of link down of (primary /secondary)
Grooming standards with good communication skills.
Good rapport with team members.
