Graduate with Telephonic & Mail Communication with Excel Proficiency
1 - 2 years (Residential Experience
Good with Mail Communication, Follow up, & preparing reports daily, weekly & monthly.
Communicate with requestor to ensure call closure, request status, reasoning and commit on probable timig of call closure
Prepare daily / weekly reports on call status
Prepare monthly report on recurring calls and assist Facility Manager in job card analysis
Close service requests by regular following up with respective service assignee and record response times
Perform any other duties assigned by the Facility manager parallely
