Position- Heavy machine Hydraulic Mechanic
Location- Dubai
Experience -10 years minimum Experience in Piling Company
Salary- 3000 to 4000 (Including food)
Working hours : The standard working hours are 8 hours per day, 6 days a week, from Monday to Saturday. Any work performed beyond these standard hours will be considered overtime.
Transportation:

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Repair:
- Perform regular maintenance and repair work on hydraulic systems and related components in heavy machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hydraulic system issues and make necessary repairs or replacements.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address potential problems before they escalate.
System Overhaul:
- Disassemble hydraulic systems and machinery for detailed inspections and overhauls.
- Rebuild hydraulic components such as pumps, motors, and cylinders to ensure optimal performance.
- Reassemble hydraulic systems, ensuring all components are installed correctly and functioning properly.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Prepare detailed reports on machinery conditions, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of practical experience working with hydraulic systems in a piling company or similar heavy machinery environment.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and motors.
- Diagnostic Skills: Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities to effectively identify and resolve hydraulic system issues.
- Mechanical Skills: Proficiency in using mechanical tools and equipment for hydraulic system maintenance and repair.
