Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heat Treatment Operator to join our team in Romania. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the job market context of India, and must possess the necessary hard skills and qualifications to perform the role effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor heat treatment equipment to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and make necessary repairs
• Maintain accurate records of all heat treatment processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals are met

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in heat treatment operations in the job market context of India
• Degree or diploma in engineering or related field
• In-depth knowledge of heat treatment processes and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
• Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Romanian language is a plus
