Role Description

• 6-12 years experience in US healthcare recruitment.
• Ability to analyze data, trends, and metrics to improve recruitment strategies
• Demonstrated success in managing recruitment operations and team performance
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
