Working days-
- 5 days 2 nd and 4rth Saturdays are fixed off. (WFO- work from office)
Timings- 10am- 7pm
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team and manage the hiring
process for healthcare professionals, particularly doctors (MS, MD, and MBBS). The ideal
candidate should have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent
communication skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing and recruiting top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Hiring Doctors:
- Source and recruit doctors (MS, MD, MBBS) through job portals, social media platforms,
and other relevant databases.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates to fill current and future job
openings.
Candidate Screening:
- Review and screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on client and organizational
requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability.
Client and Candidate Communication:
- Liaise with candidate (Doctors) to understand their specific needs and requirement.
- Communicate effectively with candidates regarding job opportunities, candidate
requirements, and compensation packages.
Negotiation:
- Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates regarding employment terms and
conditions.
- Ensure offers align with both parties expectations.
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client organizations
(colleges, hospitals, diagnostic centers) as per their locations and availability.
Follow-Up and Feedback:
- Conduct timely follow-ups with candidates and clients to gather feedback post-interview.
- Address any concerns or questions raised by either party throughout the recruitment
process.
Final Selection and on boarding:
-Assist in making final decisions on candidate selection for job placements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the on boarding process for selected
candidates.
Contractual Obligations:
Candidates will be hired on a 1-year contract basis. They are expected to complete
the contract term; premature termination may result in the candidate not receiving
an experience letter.
Recruitment Targets:
Meet monthly recruitment targets, with a minimum of 2 successful placements
(closings) per month.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related
field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably in the healthcare
industry.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., job boards, social media platforms,
LinkedIn).
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
Fixed salary will depend upon interview.
Requisite
- Should have exposure towards Client management
- Well verse with MS office
PS- Immediate joiner would be preferred.
Interview will be Face 2 Face.
