Source and Screen resume for the open position of Healthcare Recruiter role.
Understand job profiles and schedule interviews with clients, accordingly, need to recruit Registered Nurses, Licensed Practitioner Nurses, Medical Assistants, Physician etc
Making calls to the candidates and performing daily tasks like Screening and scheduling interviews
Present the potential candidate profiles with clients using tools or via Email- outlook.
Scheduling in-person and phone interviews of the candidates with clients
Coordinate the offer process making recommendations to hiring managers.
Regularly update the internal tools and adhere to the company policies and practices while hiring.
Communicate employer information and benefits during the screening process with candidates.
End to End-to-end life Cycle of recruitment from requirement to onboarding of candidate.
Candidate Profile
Articulate, friendly, optimistic and success-driven
Highly flexible self-starter, results-oriented, and persuasive
Responsible for searching and recruiting candidates on various skill sets as per the job specifications.
Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfilling them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, and networking sites.
Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
The candidate should be okay with a service agreement.
