Roles & Responsibilities
- Should be aware with healthcare terminologies.
- Will be working on direct Pharma/Healthcare client requirements related to Doctors, Nurses, Lab technicians etc (Healthcare Nursing)
- Recruit Nurses (Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed vocational nurse, Certified nursing assistant, Case Manager) - Recruit Therapists (Physical therapist, Occupational Therapist,)- Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for healthcare clients in the US.
- Responsible for searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications.
- Thoroughly understanding and working on the requirements of the client and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
- Conducting initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.-
- Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
- Responsible in mentoring team too in accordance with individual recruitment.
